4D/3N Surfing Package at South Lombok

Day 1.
After having breakfast in the morning at your hotel, then we are heading to Kuta Bay. Kuta Bay proper has two convenient surf spots which are ride-able during light conditions and early morning glass. It also works during the rainy season’s ( November through March ) off shores that blow seaward from Lombok’s high mountain. Break at 12:30 noon till 1:30 Pm. Then, furthering to west of Kuta bay is smaller bay called Air Guling which literally means “ Rolling Waters). Tumbling into this pretty place is a good but short and hollow right that should be surfed from mid to high tides. Be prepared for a scenic hike, however, because, road access here is very difficult if not almost impossible

Day2.
After having breakfast, then we are continuing up to Sigar. Sigar is the first ride-able spot you will encounter slightly east of the Kuta village resort area. It is best surfed when there is a small swell running or sometimes where there seems to be hardly any swell at all. This fickle wave breaks best when it is about two to four foots and on low mid to mid high tides.

Day3,
After having breakfast in the morning, then, we are furthering to Grupuk Bay. Grupuk is a fishing village bay with several surf spots, including a left on the east shore of its Mickey Mouse shaped bay, a really fun right in the middle of the bay opposite an island shaped headland ( or Mickey’s neck ) ( best when it’s three to five feet ), and a right that gets unreal on the western, Grupuk village side of the Bay.

Day4.
After breakfast, we are going to even further east, from the motley fishing village called Awang to find 2 primo surf spots called The Ekas that are Inside Ekas and Outside Ekas.
Inside Ekas, located on the east side of Awang Bay ( teluk awang ), near the village of Ekas is an inside bay ride ( about 800 meters from outside Ekas ) which needs a very solid swell for it to break. This right can get perfect given mid tide and light wind conditions. Hotdoggers’ heaven when good.

Outside Ekas, on the same side of the bay but just inside Awang Bay’s entrance channel, is a primo goofy-foot wave that can break left and a cross Awang Bay’s neck for a good 100 to 200 meters. It’s funny wave with racy sections that deteriorate into mush and vice versa as you wail and stall down the line. Can be enjoyable. And, after having two times surfs at the last day in The Ekas Bay, and in the afternoon at around 4 Pm, our package program is numbered.

Note: each surf – length of time is 1:30 hours till 2 hours span. And every surfer is entitled to have 2 surfs each day.
